MMA Seminar: Managing Work Behavior

Organized by MMA, sponsored by Macao Foundation, a seminar themed “Managing Work Behavior” was held on July 30. Mr. Danny Chan, a senior corporate trainer was invited to be the speaker. The seminar was attended by 40 managerial, administrative and human resource personnel from different local industries.

Mr. Chan shared the management concept of "ASK" to audiences, which includes attitude, skills and knowledge. In addition, Mr. Chan shared his own experience in the workplace, which can be effectively used to manage employees’ attitude and their work behavior. Participant were able to improve their management and decision-making skill, so that they can apply the knowledge in their workplace.
