MMA Young Managers' Club: HSBC Management Elite Training Programme

Organized by MMA Young Managers' Club (YMC), sole title sponsored by HSBC, the Closing Ceremony of YMC - HSBC Management Elite Training Programme had held on August 1 at Mandarin Oriental, Macao. Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA, Mr. Chum Pak Tak, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of YMC, Ms. Jodie Lam, Assistant Secretary General of MMA, Mr. Paul Chung, Head of Financial Crime Compliance at HSBC Macau, had attended the ceremony.

The program consists of two major parts, including theme-based classroom learning and corporation visit. This programme aimed to increase middle management’s self-awareness and management skills. It attracted managers from different industries to participate. The participants were from banking, gaming enterprise, pharmaceutical industry and public sectors etc.

The participants visited The Macao Water Supply Company on July 31. We honorably had the warm reception from Ms. Nacky Kuan, Executive Director of Macao Water, and Mr. Chapman Wong, Deputy General Manager of Macao Water. The participants were able to deepen their understanding of the daily operation of Macao Water and increase their knowledge of corporate management.
