MMA Young Managers’ Club: Business Etiquette Workshop

Sponsored by Macao Foundation, MMA Young Managers’ Club (YMC) had organized a “Business Etiquette Workshop” on December 4, 2021. Mr. Chum Pak Tak, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of YMC; Ms. Jodie Lam, Assistant Secretary General of MMA and Ms. Trista Chu, Manager of Membership, Events and Communications of MMA were invited to attend the workshop. The workshop had attracted young executives from various local industries.

The workshop was led by a professional etiquette trainer, who provided theoretic knowledge and skills of business etiquette to participants. Participants actively discussed with the trainer about common scenarios in business occasions, so as to understand the basic etiquette and practical social skills of business etiquette. Participants stated that the workshop improved their soft skills effectively and expanded their social network.
