MMA Young Managers' Club: ICBC Management Elite Training Programme

Organized by MMA Young Managers' Club (YMC), sole title sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited, the Closing Ceremony of “YMC - ICBC Management Elite Training Programme 2021” had held on December 11, 2021 at Hotel Royal Macau. Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Anthony Chum, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of YMC; Ms. Jodie Lam, Assistant Secretary General of MMA and Ms. Huang Wei, General Manager of Financial Institutions Department of ICBC were invited to attend the ceremony and presented the certificates to participants.

The Programme started on November 20, 2021, which consisted of two major parts, including theme-based classroom learning and corporation visit to the Greater Bay Area. It attracted managers from different industries to participate. This programme aimed to increase the decisiveness, decision-making skill and risk management of middle managements. Participants were able to share their experience with each other during the programme.

The participants had a corporation visit in Hengqin, Zhuhai during December 10 – 11, 2021. They visited Da HengQin & BEEPLUS Industrial Center and Exhibition Hall of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone. Participants were able to have a deeper understanding in Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone, in order to better integrate into the national development in the future.
