YAP “Double Tasting of Intangible Cultural Heritage” Portuguese Tart Workshop
YAP organized a Portuguese Tart-making Workshop on August 9th. A star instructor was specially invited to teach the participants unique cooking skills so that they could make sweet and savory Portuguese tarts that embody Macau's local culinary culture.
In a joyful and pleasant atmosphere, the YAP members were fully engaged in learning, not only making delicious Portuguese tarts but also promoting the essence of Sino-Portuguese culinary culture and Tell Good Stories of Macau's food together. This event was not only a cooking experience, but also an opportunity for cultural exchange, allowing the participants to experience the unique culinary culture of Macau while tasting their Portuguese tarts.
