MMA Young Managers' Club - HSBC Management Elite Training Programme

Organized by MMA Young Managers' Club, sole title sponsored by HSBC, the HSBC Management Elite Training Programme started in the middle of January. This programme aims to increase middle management’s self-awareness and management skills through theme-based training, team discussions and field trips. It also provides an opportunity for managers in various industries to communicate and share their experience. The program can improve the management thinking and leadership of participants so that they can prepare for future promotion.

The programme consists of two major parts, including theme-based classroom learning and corporation visits. It attracted managers from different industries to participate. The participants are from banking, gaming enterprise, pharmaceutical industry and public sectors etc.
