HR Club Seminar: Development of Positive Culture for Corporation
The Human Resources Professionals Club, an entity under MMA, held a human resources seminar on “Development of Positive Culture for Corporation” on April 11 (Thursday). The seminar was attended by approximately 60 human resources practitioners from 22 local companies.
Ms. Polly Cho, People Passion Consulting Limited Director, was invited to be the speaker who shared her unique viewpoints on people engagement and professional human resources management experiences to audiences. Exploring how organizations can enhance employees’ engagement, thereby establishing a positive corporate culture to retain their employees as well as ensure that they can exploit a strong sense of belonging to their workplace. Cho stated that organizations have to create their own missions, visons and values. Meanwhile, encouraging employees’ participation and practices with initiative in order to facilitate collaboration and trust within all levels in the organization, it will be a significant element that employees can increase their loyalty and satisfaction to enterprise. A positive and fabulous corporate culture can lead to employees respect their jobs and enjoy it, corporate will be easier to retain their employees as well.
In addition, Cho also shared two actual examples how to successfully build up a great corporate culture, so that audiences can have a deeper understanding and practical application of it.
