AAMO: Young Managers’ Program 2018

Organized by Macau Management Association and Asian Association of Management Organisations, sponsored by Macau Foundation, the Young Managers’ Program 2018 was held from November 5 to 9. The delegates visited Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM), Airport Authority Hong Kong, Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, Hutchison Port Holdings Limited and MTR Corporation Limited. We had the honor of having Mr. Derrick Lee, Managing Director of International Trade and Investment Office of Hong Kong and Macao (Representing the Government of British Columbia, Canada) and Mr. Fergus Wong, Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong of Tax Services (National Tax Policy Services) to discuss and exchange views with the participants on their innovative leadership experiences and real lives cases at a CEO talk session. The seminar provided insights through interesting examples, broadening the horizons of the participants.

Besides, it is worth mentioning that MMA had arranged its first local corporate visit for the YMP and the delegation had a chance to explore the development of the power industry in Macau in response to the current rapid innovation in technology.

The delegation was consisted of Young Managers from 7 National Management Organisations, including Australia, Hong Kong, India, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
