HR Professionals Club: Employee Investigation – New Trend of Employee Experience
HR Club organized a seminar on 23rd March, 2018 at MMA seminar room on the topic of Employees Experience - Trends of Employee Survey. The seminar was well attended in which had attracted over 25 different public institutions and private enterprises and over 40 HR service providers. We had invited Mr. Ching Lam, Senior Consultant of Talent & Rewards at Willis Towers Watson Hong Kong to introduce the trend of Employee Experience.
During the seminar, Mr. Lam shared with the participants on the emerging trends and innovative practices required for human capital programs to remain relevant in today’s transformational times, the resulting insights which will be available for each individual survey, provide employers with a deeper understanding of today’s complex people challenges, and help uncover ways to deliver an impactful talent value proposition and improve business performance.
Mr. Cheang Kin Lap Keegan, MMA Council Vice-Chairman and Chairman of HR Club, Mr. Ho Wai Ip Jeffrey, MMA Council Member and Vice-Chairman of HR Club and Dr. Cheng Hing Wan, Acting Director of Macau Institute of Management were invited to attend the seminar.
