Global Management Challenge Macau National Final 2017
“The Global Management Challenge 2017” Macau National Final have been successfully completed on 7th January, 2018. This year, GMC had attracted more than 100 teams to take part in the competition, including 95 student teams and 6 corporate teams. The Champion will represent Macau to compete with 30 countries and regions in the International Final in April in Dubai.
GMC consists of a Management Simulation in which each team runs a Company, with the objective of getting the most brilliant investment performance.
Mr. Jordan Gan, MMA Assistant Manager of the Consultancy Unit, indicates that among the 7 competing teams, 2 of them are corporate teams and the rest are all student teams. The Institutions have been investing substantially in developing supporting resources and thus, the Macau Champion teams have been achieving outstanding performances in the International Final in recent years. The Challenge aims to improve modern corporate management standards, promote normalization and standardization of corporate management techniques across countries, and provide an international platform for the participants to interchange knowledge and abilities with competitors from all over the world.
