GEG YAP Inspires Leadership Potential with Guangdong Training Trip

The GEG YAP "2024/25 Guangzhou Huadu Leadership Camp" was successfully held from May 24 to 25, attracting nearly 40 outstanding participants. Under the guidance of the Macau Institute of Management’s training team, the attendees completed a comprehensive leadership development program.

During the trip, YAP organized visits to the Guangzhou Meihua Aerospace Science Education Base and the Dongfeng Nissan Automotive Base. Through on-site explorations of leading manufacturing and high-tech enterprises, participants gained cross-industry insights by comparing different sectors. This immersive experience—from classroom learning to real-world corporate settings—created a complete learning loop, ensuring deep integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
