MMA HR Club Organized Workplace Leadership Workshop

Organized by MMA Human Resources Professionals Club (HR Club) and sponsored by Macao Foundation, the “Workplace Leadership Workshop” was successfully held on May 22, with the attendance of Professor Samuel Tong, President of MIM and Ms. Cecily Tseng, MMA Assistant Secretary General. The workshop was well attended by Human Resource practitioners from various industries.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Sam Hui, a senior lecturer of Macau Institute of Management, explained to the participants the relationship between MBTI and leadership, and provided practical applications in the workplace. Through the interesting tests, it is aimed that the human resources practitioners in Macao could better understand their own leadership style and effectively apply it in management skill. Moreover, they are encouraged to adjust their leadership approaches according to different situations, enhancing better decision-making tendencies and coordination of team collaboration.

The Human Resources Professionals Club is a specialised group under MMA, aiming to build a platform for communication and learning for human resources practitioners in Macao. It seeks to foster mutual understanding among peers and share industry experiences and information, thereby to better promoting the development of human resources management in Macao.
