Closing ceremony of MMA-YMC ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2024
Organized by MMA Young Managers’ Club (YMC) and title sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited, the closing ceremony of “YMC-ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2024” was successfully held on March 29 at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. Mr. Lau Veng Seng, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Ho Wai Ip, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of Young Managers’ Club; and Mr. Yu Hong Kit, General Manager of Corporate Banking Department at ICBC attended the closing ceremony and presented the certificates to the participants.
The program, commenced on March 14, was conducted in the form of sharing session, workshops and study visits in Hengqin, was closely align with the latest development trend of the society. Through diversified themes and teaching contents, the program endeavored to enhance the participants understanding the management skills. At the same time, the participants could share and learn from the experiences with managers from the other industries.
In addition, the participants visited corporates in Hengqin on March 28, we had invited Mr. Calvin Sio, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zence Object Technology and Cha Zence; and Mr. Vincent Lam, Executive Director of the Pien Tze Huang Museum Hengqin to share insights with participants. Through the field trip, the participants were able to further understand the significance and development prospects of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, which will inspire their future career development.
The program has entered its sixth year and has been receiving positive feedbacks from the participants. MMA hopes that the training program can enhance the overall competence and quality of the participants, to cultivate the personal ability and visionary thinking of the managers and to strengthen the competitiveness and assist enterprises in nurturing comprehensive management talents.
