Opening ceremony of MMA-YMC ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2024

Organized by MMA Young Managers’ Club (YMC) and title sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited, the opening ceremony of “YMC-ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2024” was successfully held on March 14 at MMA. Mr. Ho Wai Ip, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of Young Managers’ Club; Dr. Christy Lam, Director of SME Business at ICBC; and Mr. Yu Hong Kit, General Manager of Corporate Banking Department at ICBC attended the opening ceremony and the sharing session.

During the opening ceremony, we were honored to have invited Dr. Christy Lam to share on the theme “From Management to Leadership: A Practical Guide to Empowering Excellent Managers.”

The ICBC Management Elite Training Program has entered its sixth year and has been receiving positive feedbacks from participants. This year, the program was consisted of management sharing session, workshops and study visits in Hengqin.

It is hoped that the training program could enhance the overall competence and quality of the participants, to cultivate the personal ability and visionary thinking of the managers and to strengthen the competitiveness and assist enterprises in nurturing comprehensive management talents.
