MMA Language Club Hosted “Portuguese Fundamental Parenting Course”

Organized by MMA Language Club and sponsored by Macao Foundation, the “Portuguese Fundamental Parenting Course” was commenced on September 21. Ms. Jodie Lam, Secretary General of MMA and Ms. Zoe Lau, Assistant Manager of MMA Secretariat, Membership, Events & Communications Division attended the opening. The course was hosted from September to November on every Saturdays.

In line with the Macao S.A.R. Government’s policy of nurturing talents and further strengthening Macao's regional cooperation, MMA Language Club has launched its first short-term Portuguese Fundamental Parenting Course, aiming to better realize the development strategy in Macao and promote Portuguese learning in the community. The course was hosted by professional Portuguese language lecturer, using interactive parent-child activities to provide a comfortable and relaxed learning environment that inspires and cultivates children's interest in learning Portuguese and Mandarin, while further understanding the culture of Portuguese-speaking countries and broadening their horizons, as well as to enhance parent-child relationship while learning. The course had attracted parents from various industries such as government departments and public sectors to attend with their children.
