MMA Visited National Security Education Exhibition

Led by Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Paul Tse, Vice-President of MMA; Mr. Vong Hin Fai, Council Vice-Chairman and Honorary Secretary General of MMA; Mr. Raymond Bao, Council Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of MMA; Mr. Keegan Cheang, Council Vice-Chairman of MMA, MMA staff visited the 2023 National Security Education Exhibition on Apr 17. The Exhibition was jointly organized by Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao SAR.

The content of this exhibition was rich and varied, reviewing the development of the country and Macao over the past year, as well as demonstration of the great achievements of national security over the past ten years. Under the scientific guidance of the overall national security, the level of the national security system and the modernization ability have been continuously increased. The Macao SAR Government fully implements the constitutional system of the Basic Law, fulfils the responsibility of maintaining national security and development, and realizes social security and stability in Macao under the strong support and guidance of the Central People’s Government.

Mr. Tommy Lau stated that the exhibition enabled MMA staff to have a better understanding of general national security, persevering and promoting the love of China and Macao. MMA and MIM will cooperate with the Macao SAR Government on safety education, promoting the construction of a national security system and adhering to the principles of “Love the Country, Love Macao” and “One Country, Two Systems”, actively integrate into the overall national development, and contribute to the prosperity and stability future of Macao.
