AGHRM and MMA HR Club Organized "HRM Study Tour - Visit to CEM"

Macau Human Resources Management Association (AGRHM) and MMA HR Professionals Club (HR Club) jointly organized a study tour on Mar 24. The delegation visited Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM) and learned about its corporate culture, human resources management experience and sustainable development planning.

Led by Mr. Sam Lei, President of AGRHM; Mr. Chapman Wong, Council Chairman of AGRHM; Mr. Keegan Cheang, Council Vice-Chairman of MMA and Chairman of MMA HR Club, a group of 40 participants from various companies visited CEM Coloane Power Station. The representative of Human Resources & Sustainability Department and Regulatory Affairs & Corporate Communications Office of CEM extended their warm welcome and invited the participants to visit CEM Coloane Power Station Exhibition Hall and the generator sets. Through on-site inspections, the participants were able to learned about the operation of the power plant, action plans and achievements in fulfilling corporate social responsibility and achieving sustainable development goals of CEM, as well as the cultivate of excellent workforce through unique internal training mechanisms and talent development programs, so as to serve the stable, reliable and efficient power service to Macao residents and the society, commit to increasing energy efficiency and achieving double-carbon environmental protection goals.

Participants said that through the visit tour and industry sharing, they have further enriched their experience and benefited greatly from it.
