YMC: ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2022

Organized by MMA Young Managers' Club (YMC), soly title sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited, the Closing Ceremony of “YMC - ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2022” had held on January 17 at Mandarin Oriental, Macau. Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Keegan Cheang, Vice-Chairman of MMA; Ms. Jodie Lam, Secretary General of MMA and Ms. Priscilla Leong, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking Department I of ICBC Macau were invited to attend the ceremony and presented the certificates to participants.

The Program started on November 12, 2022, which consisting of the theme-based classroom learning and the corporation visit to the Greater Bay Area. It attracted managers from different industries to participate. This program aimed to increase the creativity and brand awareness of middle managements, as well as nurturing elites for enterprises. Participants were able to share their experiences with each other during the programme.

The participants had a corporate visit in Hengqin, Zhuhai during December 16 – 17, 2022. They visited Pachira (Zhuhai Hengqin) Information Technology Co.,Ltd, Macau Beer and Exhibition Hall of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Participants had a deeper understanding in the business and brand management of High-tech industry and brewery industry, as well as the significance of the construction of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, so as to broaden their horizon.
