YMC Workshop: “Lego® Serious Play® - Building Trust within a Team”

MMA Young Managers’ Club (YMC) had organized a workshop themed “Lego® Serious Play® - Building Trust within a Team” on June 11, 2022. Mr. Chum Pak Tak, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of YMC; Ms. Jodie Lam, Secretary General of MMA and Ms. Trista Chu, Manager of Membership, Events and Communications of MMA were invited to attend the workshop. The workshop was attracted young executives from various local industries.

The workshop was led by Mr. Brian Tang, a professional Lego® Serious Play® trainer, who provided theoretic knowledge of the Lego® Serious Play® system. He guided participants to use the system to build the Lego models, participates were able to learn about determination while having the experience of building trust with each other. This workshop allowed participants to learn through playing, and eventually improve their communication skills and team awareness in the workplace.
