GEG Youth Achievement Program 2020-21: Final Project Competition

Jointly organized by Macau Management Association (MMA) and Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG), the Final Project Competition of GEG Youth Achievement Program (YAP) 2020-21 was successfully held on September 11. The theme of the competition was “YAP entering the Greater Bay Area”. The teams submitted a business proposal about starting a business in Hengqin, and presented it to the judges in the form of simulated roadshow.

Ms. Jay Huang, Vice-President of Customer Insights & Competitor Analysis of GEG, Ms. Emily Chan, Senior Manager of Talent Management & Leadership Development of GEG, Dr. Kevin Lei, Dr. Timothy Lam and Mr. Chester Lai, Trainers of MMA were invited to be the judges.

The final teams presented various business proposals, including tuition centre, retirement industry, all-in-one queuing application and leisure farming. The competition was very intense and the teams had excellent performance. The result will be announced in the awarding ceremony at the end of the year. The winning teams will be awarded with trophies, cash prizes and prizes respectively.
