MMA YMC “Optimize Customer Experience through Digital Transformation"

Organized by MMA Young Managers' Club (YMC), sponsored by Macao Foundation, a sharing session themed “Optimize Customer Experience through Digital Transformation” was held on June 24. Mr. Chum Pak Tak, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of YMC, Ms. Doris Lei, Council Member of MMA and Vice-Chairman of YMC, and Ms. Jodie Lam, Assistant Secretary General of MMA attended the sharing session. Mr. Sam Sugiarto, Managing Director of Medan limited and Ms. Juli Zhu, CEO of Macao Live Streaming Station were invited to be the speakers.

During the sharing session, Mr. Sugiarto stated that the smart POS system can forecast the sales volume more accurately, which helps the business in cost reduction and increasing sales revenue. Also, the business can know the taste of costumers in different areas by using the smart membership system. The smart systems benefit the business in general.

Ms. Zhu shared that there have been over 50 local enterprises joined their “Operation Agency” corporation program, which is a quick and low cost way to test the reaction of the Mainland market. Products such as Macanese food, international brand, original jewelry and products of Portuguese-speaking countries are favored by the Mainland costumers. Therefore, local enterprises should seize the opportunity to expand their business to the Mainland.
