The Press Conference of "The Survey on Labor Mobility of Macau Citizens 2015" was held on 11^th December 2015, hosted by Mr. Tommy Lau, MMA Council Chairman and Mr. Lucius Lai, Project Consultant. The survey shows that 35.9% of citizens have been working less than 3 years at the current position. The survey proposes the employees to conduct the career planning and suggests the companies to offer more promotion opportunities.
