YMC: ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2023
Organized by MMA Young Managers' Club (YMC), soly title sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited, the Closing Ceremony of “YMC - ICBC Management Elite Training Program 2023” had held on November 27 at Sofitel, Macau. Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Jeffrey Ho, Council Member of MMA and Chairman of YMC; Ms. Jodie Lam, Secretary General of MMA; Mr. Huang Xianjun, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ICBC Macau; Mr. Andy Lo, Director of Asset Business of ICBC Macau and Ms. Priscilla Leong, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking Department I of ICBC Macau were invited to attend the ceremony and presented the certificates to participants.
The Program, which started on October 9, was conducted in the form of sharing session, workshops and corporate visit, was closely in line with the latest development trend of the society. Through diversified themes and teaching contents, the program endeavored to enhance the participants ' understanding of the prospects of regional cooperation, as well as their knowledge and application of new media marketing channels, attracting managers from different industries, such as the financial, pharmaceutical, retail, insurance and public utilities to participate. This program aims to nurture a diverse pool of talents for enterprises and identify potential management elites through thematic training, experiential learning and team training, etc. At the same time, participants can also take the opportunity to exchange and share experiences with managers from other industries. In addition, the participants also went to Hengqin, Zhuhai on November 3 for a corporate visit, where they visited Zhuhai Nanometals Technology Company Limited, Serensia Woods Hotel, and Da HengQin & BEEPLUS Industrial Center. Through the field trip, the participants were able to further understand the significance and development prospect of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, which will inspire their future career development.
Now in its fourth year of operation, the Management Elite Training Program has been well received by the participants. MMA hopes that the training program can enhance the overall competence and quality of the participants, cultivate the personal ability and visionary thinking of the managers in an all-round way, strengthen their competitiveness, and assist enterprises in nurturing comprehensive management talents.
