MMA Shares Knowledge of Metaverse Workplace Applications

Organized by MMA, sponsored by Macao Foundation, a seminar themed “Concepts and Applications of Metaverse” was successfully held recently. Ms. Leung Kam Mei, National Recognized International Human Resource Management professional trainer was invited to be the speaker. The seminar aims to explain the concepts of metaverse to audiences, introducing VR/AR/MR technologies and share with participants how to apply in the workplace.

During the seminar, Ms. Leung mentioned that 2021 is the beginning of the metaverse era, signifying the integration of virtual and real worlds into a digital parallel universe. The transformation is being gradually reshaped traditional pattern of works and human resource management in the workplace. Therefore, local enterprises should recognize the metaverse, contemplating how to adjust and transform its operations. Also, incorporating the metaverse into their industry planning in order to prepare for the era of the "metaverse".
