YAP: Workshop on Overcoming the Triple Dysfunction of Teamwork

In order to help YAP members prepare for the Final Project Competition, YAP organized a workshop on "Overcoming the Triple Dysfunction of Teamwork", which was successfully completed on May 6. Mr. Michael Fong, the training instructor at the Macau Institute of Management (MIM), was invited to share his views on the triple key dysfunction of teamwork, breaking down the dysfunction one by one. From time to time, he also guided the participants to discuss and analyze the issues, and they responded positively and seriously.
