MMA Organized a Thematic Seminar

Macau Management Association (MMA) successfully organized a thematic seminar on "Operations Management of Financial Strategies and Risk Management" on November 25 at Seminar Room of MMA.

Dr. Kevin Lei, Associate Professor of Macau Institute of Management, was invited to be the guest speaker to analyze the cash flow trends as an indicator of corporate structure, as well as the operating leverage based on cost structure and profitability, thereby developing a rational cash flow cycle for corporates to alleviate operation pressure.

In order to help the participants to be able to think rationally in financial and risk management strategies for business operations, Dr. Lei used a number of international chain enterprises as case studies for comparative explanations during the session. Participants expressed that the content was precise and concise, which give them a deeper understanding in business field.

Ms. Jodie Lam, Secretary General of MMA was cordially invited to attend the seminar.
