MMA HR Professionals Club Workshop

Organized by MMA Human Recourse Professionals Club (HR Club), sponsored by Macau Foundation, a workshop themed “Know your management style” was held on Sep 9. Mr. Keegan Cheang, Council Vice-Chairman of MMA and Chairman of HR Club, Mr. Au Va On, Vice-Chairman of HR Club and Ms. Jodie Lam, Secretary General of MMA were invited to attend the workshop. Over 30 participants from several local enterprises was attracted by this workshop.

Facing the ever-changing business environment, enterprises should use different management styles to enhance team cohesiveness and increase work efficiency in order to maintain smooth operation and sustainable development. This workshop was led by Ms. Joyce Choi, Vice-President of The Macau Human Recourse Management Association, aiming to provide a better understanding of the self-potential and management style for Macau human resources workers. The participants were able to explore and develop their management style through the workshop, so as to improve their management and leadership skills, enhance their self-competitiveness and promote diversified development.
