YAP 2021-22 Final Project Competition Final held successfully
YAP Final Project Competition Final was successful complete on September 17, 2022. The theme of this year's competition was "Macau Tourism +", a project based on the health/technology industry. Participants were required to submit a tourism project with relevant elements to promote the diversification of Macau’s economy or enhance its international image and have a positive impact on Macau. There were preliminary and final rounds of the competition, and five outstanding teams were selected from among a wide range of participating teams to enter the final round.
We are honored to have invited Prof. Samuel Tong, President of Macau Institute of Management and Deputy Secretary of Tourism Research Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASSTRC), Ms. Ice Cheng, Vice President of Leisure Sales of Galaxy Entertainment Group, Ms. Angie Yau, Vice President of Retail Development of Galaxy Entertainment Group, Mr. Otto Ieong, Expert Consultant of Macao Youth Business Incubation Center and Mr. Chester Lai, Trainer of Macau Management Association to be the judges. Ms. Rosy Pang, Vice President of Talent Management and Leadership Development of Galaxy Entertainment Group, was also invited to encourage the participants to work hard and strive for good results.
The finalists submitted their proposals, including Enzyme Bath, Singing Bowl Yoga, Chinese Herbal Steam Hall, AI Tour Manager and All-In-One Travel Mobile App. Each team did their best to present their plans and directions in front of the judges, and how they have promoted Macau tourism to promote a positive image of Macau so far.
After a professional and rigorous selection process, three awards were presented on the day of the final competition, with the elevator speech and the best individual performance award going to member Wen QianYin indeed, while the best team performance award was won by "蒸GO WELL ". The results of the first and second runners-up will be announced at the award ceremony to be held later.
