To further introduce contemporary management concepts with an impact on operations efficiency for managers, and enhance knowledge in providing good services as well as food hygiene for front-line staff, MIM, in collaboration with United Association of Food and Beverage Merchants of Macao, has provided on-the-job training for the catering industry. The training sponsored by the Macau Government Tourist Office is in line with the aim of developing Macau as an international tourism city. More than 100 training programs and events have been held with about 10,000 practitioners participated in the past few years.
MIM will continue to organize various types of training, comprising concepts and practical knowhow for bringing up more talents in the industry.
