With over 18 years of human resources development and training experience, especially in the food and beverage industry and retail service area, Mr Ma is presently the Business Consultant of KAR Consultants Limited. He has assisted many listed companies in Hong Kong to reengineering their business process, transforming cooperate culture and to reestablishing their brand. those companies that he assisted were awarded with prizes and recognitions of Quality Management from different associations.

Academic and Professional Background
Mr. Ma graduated from CUHK with a BBA and Paisley University with a MBA. Prior to starting his career as a consultant, he was a Human Resource & Training Department Head of a listed fast food group from 1994 to 2007. He is a certified trainer & business coach.

His areas of expertise include customer service, brand culture building, performance monitoring system & supervisory management. He is the Chairman of Service & Courtesy Award of Hong Kong Retail Management Association in 2001, 2002 & 2008. He is also the course development advisor of Retail Service Diploma Program of Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2000 onwards.
