Mr. Lucius Lai

 

Personal Profile
Mr. Lai is presently the Head of Academic and is in charge of academic development of Macau Institute of Management. Prior to joining the higher education institute he was a senior management adviser with The Management Development Centre of Hong Kong involved in management training research and development work. He also has many years of management working experience in off-shore trading, courier services, commercial security and travel services.

 

Academic and Professional Background
Mr. Lai graduated from University of Singapore with a B.B.A. degree and Asian Institute of Management in Manila with a Master degree in Business Management. He is a certified Qualified Development Adviser, Summative Assessor and Internal Verifier of University of Oxford Delegacy of Local Examinations for the National Vocational Qualifications in Management.

 

Specialised Areas
His areas of expertise include supervisory management, operations management and organisation development. As a training professional, Mr. Lai has conducted a wide variety of management courses e.g. train the management trainer and various topical programmes including management techniques, operations management and project management.
