• Lesley is a professional trainer, coach and consultant who specializes in management and personal development.   She has twenty years’ experience in the field of management development gained from companies covering semi-public and commercial operations.  The companies she has worked for include Hong Kong Telecom (now PCCW), Hospital Authority and Hong Kong Productivity Council.  Her last position was Management Adviser with The Management Development Centre of Hong Kong, Vocational Training Council.

• Lesley has managed many training projects for local companies and companies in PRC.  These include the identification of training and development needs, design and delivery of training and development programmes to evaluation and follow-up.  She is well experienced in implementing projects relating to management development to support clients in achieving business results.

• Her clients include companies in retail, banking, manufacturing, telecommunication, health care and government departments.
