PERSONAL PROFILE
Mr. Fok is the Founder and Director of Rick Force & Associates, Canada in 1990, and renamed to Mega Links International (Consultancy & Agency Services) after the relocation to Hong Kong.
Mr. Fok is a dynamic executive with over 25 years extensive experience in International Business Trading and Manufacturing, special in Textiles & Apparels, Handbags, and Footwear items. He had served as CEO, COO, Director, Vice President, and General Manager for the Publicly Listed Companies, Group Companies, and MNCs. His vast experience and international exposure expands throughout Asia, Europe and North America countries, where are China (Pearl River Delta and Long River Delta), Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, United Kingdoms, France, Canada and U.S.A. etc.
Mr. Fok with substantial experience in Consultancy & Agency provides services for Crystal Group (HKG), California Fashion Inc. (USA), Intersilk S.A. (USA), High Fashion International Ltd. (HKSE), Bonneval Limited (HKG), Intermedium N.V. (The Netherlands), Brilliant Development Ptv. Ltd. (Sri Lanka), Queen Force Ltd. (Indonesia & HKG), Nygard International Inc. (Canada), Diamond Cut International Pty Ltd. (Australia), Royal Knit Pte Ltd. (Singapore), Ghim Li Group (Australia Exchange), Win-Hentucky (HKSE), and a subsidiary firm of Glorious Sun Enterprises Ltd. (HKSE) etc.
Mr. Fok is an experienced guest lecturer and course coordinator on part-time bases since mid 1980s. For The Clothing Industry Training Authority, Hong Kong Productivity Council, Hong Kong F.T.U. Workers Club, Macau Productivity & Technology Transfer Centre, and Macau Institute of Management. Cover up various subjects such as, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing & Development, Off Shore Development, Strategic Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, TQM, and Entrepreneurship & Development etc.
In 2009 Mr. Fok has been pointed by Hong Kong College of Technology of the College Programme Validation Panel on Revalidation of Higher Diploma in Business, and also invited by Hong Kong of Vocational Education (Tuen Mun), Department of Business Administration for its Professional Mentorship Programme.

Mr. Fok received his MBA in Logistics & SCM from Tarlac State University, PGC in Management Studies from City University of HKG (former City Polytechnic of HKG), Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training & Assessing from City & Guilds of London Institute, Diploma in International Business & Marketing from Chinese University of HKG, Diploma in Smaller Company Management from Chinese University of HKG, Certificate in Philosophy Studies from The University of Hong Kong, Certificate in Teaching of Putonghua from The University of Hong Kong, and currently in-progress of his PhD program. He’s a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, The Chartered Institute of Textile, The Institute of Industrial Management, and The British Institute Management.

Mr. Fok is an expert in Operations Management, special for production and manufacturing plant on set-up and refine with not less than 1,000 to 5,000 workforces. In field of Operations Management it involves Project Management, Product Development, Employees Development, Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Business Process Reengineering. Also more outstanding areas include Strategic Management, Change Management, Marketing and Branding Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Organization and Operations Restructuring, E-Business, Information system, Ecology and Environmental Solutions etc.
