Personal Profile
Ms Yan is the Training Consultant of Macau Institute of Management and being Part-time Lecturer with the Institute in teaching of Organizational Behavior; HRM; Labour Law and Employee Relations since 2001. Prior to the training consultancy role wiith the institute, she was Senior Manager of the CASH Group in building of group recruitment and training team. Then, headed up CSFG’s HR upon Corporate expansion. She has over 20 years extensive experience in strategic recruitment, talent management, corporate culture and CSR in shipping, freight forwarding, marine engineering, garment, retail, telecommunication, finance, press and travel industries.

 

Academic and Professional Background
Ms Yan graduated from University of School of Business London Royal Holloway College (QR Registration No.: 12/001216/6) with a MBA degree in International Management. She is a qualified administrator of Myer-Biggs Types Indicator.

 

Specialised Areas
Ms Yan had led several graduate research projects inclusive of change management; outsourcing and human resources strategies with MIM. As a training expert, she is also familiar with Corporate Culture, Communication, Team Leadership; Service for Excellence; Coach the Coach; Mystery Shoppers Programme; leading for performance and staff retention.
